		<description>Melissa was mentioning this past week how much weight you&#039;ve lost since January. I don&#039;t think I met you then, but way to go! Keep up the healthy lifestyle. Sucks you were tired yesterday; I ran 3 and felt good (had a pretty high HR though) but I&#039;ve got just the slightest bit of knee pain this morning. I was kinda pushing it though, so that could be it. I&#039;m doing 6 today and I&#039;m going to go at marathon pace (9:30-10:00, give or take) and not push it.
